Smart & Final is a chain of warehouse-style supply and food stores located in California. It developed through many series of expansions and mergers. Currently, the company has more than 300 stores in Mexico and the United States. Smart & Final also establishes a special food service for professional restaurants, hotels, and similar clients.

How to participate in the Smart & Final customer survey
Below are a few simple steps you need to follow to participate in the Smart & Final customer survey:
Step 1: Go to the official site of the survey at www.smartandfinal.com/survey
Step 2: Choose your preferred language between English and Spanish.
Step 3: Click on “Next”.
Step 4: Enter the information printed on your receipt, including transaction number, store number, term number, and cashier name.
Step 5: Select your age range.
Step 6: Click on “Submit”.
Step 7: Answer a few questions about your experience when shopping at the Smart & Final store.
Step 8: Rate the overall satisfaction when shopping at the Smart & Final store.
Step 9: Click on “Submit” to finish the survey.
There is a total of 5 grand prizes. Each winner will receive a $100 gift card from Smart & Final. All prizes cannot be replaced with cash and are non-transferable.
Here are a few things you need to know when completing the Smart & Final customer survey:
– You can only take the survey once per month.
– You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the survey.
– The program is only valid to legal residents of Nevada, California, and Arizona.
– The survey starts at 12 a.m. on 1st January 2019 and finishes at 11:59 p.m. on 31st December 2019.
