How to Submit Your GM Certified Service Rebate Online
Step 1. Visit Mycertifiedservicerebates.com.
Step 2. Click on the green link that says “Submit Your Rebate Online”.
The site will ask for additional purchase details such as Purchase Date, VIN, Repair or Invoice Number, Purchase Location and Products Purchased. On the next page, you will need to enter your Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address.
Step 3. Complete the process until you get to the end part, then click on Submit. Your rebate will be validated within 7 business days unless they need the repair or invoice order, to which you will receive an email.
Step 4. You may check the status of your rebate by clicking on Status Lookup, just right beside the Rebates link at the top right part of the page. You can look it up by Email and Last Name, by Address or by Phone and Last Name. Click the green “Submit” button to see your rebate status.
Important Facts & Details
Online submission of rebates is faster as it validates the part numbers that are installed or purchased. You will need to make sure that the information you provide is accurate and legible to prevent any delays.
If you’re unable to find your repair or invoice number, you may contact a Cadillac, GMC, Buick, Chevrolet, the ISC or an authorized powertrain reseller and ask for a reprint of the invoice or repair order. The number of rebate submissions will depend on the rebate you’re applying for.
